FriXion Refill Compatibility Guide: Knock 05 / 07 vs Knock Zone Ver.2
FriXion is where I really would not buy the refill by appearance. Pilot now has standard Knock refills and premium Knock Zone Ver.2 refills that look similar enough to confuse a quick shopper.
“FriXion refill” is not specific enough. Knock and Knock Zone have different listed refill families.
Pilot's current catalog lists standard LFBKRF refills for FriXion Ball Knock, while Knock Zone uses premium FriXion refill Ver.2.
Two current refill paths
Standard FriXion Ball Knock 05 lists LFBKRF 0.5mm refills; Knock 07 lists the 0.7mm LFBKRF family. FriXion Ball Knock Zone is listed with premium FriXion refill Ver.2.

Current single standard and Ver.2 listings are around 111mm, so visual similarity is not enough.
Use Pilot's exact “主な該当商品” / compatible-product listing. Similar refill length does not prove interchangeability.
Standard FriXion Ball Knock
The current Knock 05 product page lists LFBKRF30EF three-packs and compatible single LFBKRF12EF color refills. The Knock 07 uses the matching 0.7mm family.
FriXion Ball Knock Zone
Pilot's current Ver.2 refill page identifies the premium refill as mainly for FriXion Ball Knock Zone.
This is why I save the actual pen name, not “my blue FriXion.” The body color is cute; the model name buys the right refill.

For FriXion, identify the body family first — especially standard Knock vs Knock Zone — then choose diameter and color.
