THE SHORT ANSWER

Without a reliable exact-model identity and input specification, keep the electrical question unresolved. A generic product-family page is not a substitute.

Define the actual use

Without a reliable exact-model identity and input specification, keep the electrical question unresolved. A generic product-family page is not a substitute.

Choose the intended destination and the exact unit, not a brand-wide answer. Identify what must work every day and what can be replaced locally.

Collect the unit and component evidence

Ask the seller for the full unit model, sales-market suffix, clear rating-label image and supplied charger/base model if any. An unopened box may list a family name while hiding the component that needs checking.

Preserve each official source alongside the fact it supports. A marketplace claim can help locate a model, but it does not establish the manufacturer’s allowed operating conditions.

Decide before buying, packing or connecting

Locate the matching official manual and compare it with the actual unit. If the label and manual conflict, clarify the version with the manufacturer rather than selecting a preferred number.

Japan’s representative supply is 100 V with 50/60 Hz regional differences. Compare the full input range and frequency with the actual destination, then check connector and grounding instructions independently.

Keep ownership requirements visible

If the required evidence cannot be obtained before purchase, compare a clearly documented alternative. Database presence alone does not approve an unidentified or modified unit.

When a required field has not yet been established, retain that uncertainty. Do not borrow another model’s rating or let one successful voltage check imply complete compatibility.

  • Full unit and power-component model numbers.
  • Exact input voltage, frequency and selector conditions.
  • Manufacturer-permitted overseas use and accessories.
  • Local support, maintenance and required language or regional features.

MOVE FROM GENERAL GUIDANCE TO YOUR MODEL

Check the exact model.

Use the full model number on the unit or charger. Missing evidence is reported as insufficient information.

Models with current official facts

These records have enough current evidence for a model page. This list is not a compatibility endorsement.

Questions before use

Does this guide approve my exact product?

No. It explains the checks; a model-specific conclusion requires current official evidence for your full model number and destination.

What should I do when a required fact is missing?

Keep that requirement unresolved. Find the exact official manual or ask the manufacturer to clarify the model, component and intended use before connecting it.

Can an adapter resolve every requirement?

No. Connector fit, voltage, frequency, manufacturer support, warranty, repair and regional functions are separate questions.

Sources & Evidence

Guide examples are separate from the model evidence database. A source on this page does not automatically verify another model or manufacturer.

One model. One clear starting point.

Search the database and review the actual evidence.
